" As a therapist my aim is to guide my patients towards self- acceptance.
And it is only from this place that we are capable of intimacy. To be inti- mate,
accepting and loving, with ourselves and others, is the only way to create harmony in
this little planet we call earth!"
~ Magdalena Agabs
" We are moving into a new para- digm, leaving the old structures be- hind.
Where do we go for our guid- ance? I suggest to you that we have no place but
our own well. We all have this well inside."
~ Marion Woodman

Self-exploration and transformation for healers
|
Professional Groups: Groups are held for healing
professionals exploring how to transform conditioning into consciousness beyond ordinary
psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. We explore different ways of working with patients,
remembering that self-exploration, and transformation is essential for the therapist.
The therapist discovers a new way of being with unlimited horizons – a practice of
self-awareness.
One learns self-awareness through observing in a neutral way.
"Self-observation brings man to the realization of the necessity of self-
change. And in observing himself a man notices that self-observation
itself brings about certain changes in his inner processes. He begins to
understand that self-observation is an instrument of self-change, a means
of awakening."
~ George Gurdjieff (1873 – 1949)
Groups are run by Abe Magier, Magdalena Agabs and special guests.
Seminars: Seminar programs are being organized
for professionals,
as well as ones for the general public. For more information, please
contact us at the Foundation.
"Meditation is one of the greatest arts in life – perhaps the greatest,
and one cannot possibly learn it from anybody, that is the beauty of
it. It has no technique and therefore no authority. When you learn
about yourself, watch yourself, watch the way you walk, how you eat,
what you say, the gossip, the hate, the jealousy – if you are aware of all that in yourself, without any choice, that is part of meditation."
~ Jiddu Krishnamurti (1895 – 1986)
"And in the end it's not the years in your life that count.
It's the life in your years."
~ Abraham Lincoln (1809 – 1865)
